Leads2b Offices is backing a franchise model that requires no physical premises to attract marketing agencies, sales consultancies and sales directors. The franchise network of technology company Leads2b, based in Curitiba in the Brazilian state of Paraná, already has units operating in five states and combines commissions on platform subscriptions with strategic consultancy revenue.
Model targets those already serving business clients
Presented in branded content published in the magazine Pequenas Empresas & Grandes Negócios on 16 October 2026, the model targets professionals and businesses looking to add services and recurring revenue to their existing client portfolios. Leads2b says it has been operating in the technology market for ten years.
Franchisees sell a platform that brings together a prospecting database, marketing, customer relationship management — commonly known as CRM — customer service and automation. The solution also integrates channels such as WhatsApp, email, telephone and video. According to the company, artificial intelligence is used at every stage.
The proposition therefore goes beyond selling a software subscription. It includes services to organise clients’ sales operations and incorporate the tools they have purchased into their day-to-day work. This structure aligns the franchise with agencies and consultancies already involved in acquiring and supporting customers on behalf of other businesses.
Entry fee and two revenue streams
The franchise fee quoted by Leads2b Offices is R$60,000 (Brazilian reais). In addition, the model requires monthly payments of R$2,499, comprising R$1,499 for the platform and R$1,000 for the marketing fund.
Franchisees earn revenue in two ways. For platform sales, they receive a commission of 20% of the subscription fee paid by each client they bring in. Payments continue for as long as the client remains active, making recurring income dependent on retaining those contracts.
For strategic consultancy, the franchise unit keeps 80% of the revenue. Services include implementation, designing sales and after-sales processes, automation, integrations, performance dashboards and the application of artificial intelligence. These services are separate from the subscription, although they relate to the use of the technology and the organisation of the client’s sales operations.
The company estimates a payback period of less than 12 months. This is the franchisor’s projection, not a guaranteed return. When assessing the proposition, it is important to distinguish the share of revenue allocated to the franchise unit from the profit remaining after expenses. Likewise, the franchise fee should not be confused with the total funding needed to sustain the operation until its revenue covers its financial commitments.
Remote operation still requires active selling
The format requires neither physical premises nor an on-site team and can be run from home. This removes the need for a shop or office to operate the model described by the network, but it does not remove the franchisee’s service delivery responsibilities.
The unit is responsible for generating demand, closing contracts, providing consultancy, retaining clients and expanding its client base. The role therefore combines sales with ongoing client support: securing a subscription is only part of the job, as recurring commission depends on the client continuing to use the platform.
This division of responsibilities also helps explain the profile the brand is seeking. Agencies, consultancies and sales directors are its stated target audience, with the proposition centred on adding a new offering to existing business relationships. Experience in sales processes and customer service is therefore an important consideration when assessing whether the model is a suitable fit.
Presence in five states and assessing the proposition
Leads2b Offices says it has units in five states and serves businesses in distribution, services, logistics and transport, retail, agribusiness and industrial manufacturing. Within the franchise sector, its proposition combines remote working, technology sales and consultancy delivery for business clients.
For anyone considering joining the network, the key is to assess these activities together. Subscriptions offer the potential for recurring revenue, while consultancy requires the capacity to deliver the work. The premises-free format, meanwhile, should be considered alongside the monthly fees and sales responsibilities involved.
In practice: before deciding, draw up a single budget covering the initial fee, monthly payments and the resources needed to find and serve clients. Compare the brand’s projected payback period with your actual ability to sell, deliver consultancy and keep contracts active.
