Franchise Negosyo 2026 to conclude in Iloilo on 9–10 October

Franchise Negosyo’s 2026 regional tour will conclude in Iloilo City, in the Philippines. Franchise Negosyo Visayas (Iloilo) will take place on 9–10 October at SM City Iloilo, where entrepreneurs can meet franchise brands and learn about buying a franchise or expanding through franchising.

First event at SM City Iloilo

According to a Cebu Daily News report on 2 October, this will be the first Franchise Negosyo event at SM City Iloilo and the final stop of the Philippine Franchise Association’s (PFA) Franchise Negosyo Show for 2026. The event will be open from 10am to 7pm on both days. Admission is free and open to the public.

This final stop brings the programme to entrepreneurs in Western Visayas. Following a year of regional events, it forms part of the PFA’s aim to create more opportunities for people looking to start a business outside the capital.

For people in Iloilo considering their first franchise, the event offers a chance to put questions directly to franchisors. Existing business owners seeking additional investment opportunities can also attend, as can those who want to understand how the franchise sector works before making a decision.

More than 30 exhibitors and over 200 brands

The event will feature more than 30 exhibitors and over 200 franchise brands across a range of business sectors. Suppliers involved in setting up and running businesses will also take part.

The exhibitor count is distinct from the number of brands visitors can explore. Visitors should consider not just the breadth of choice, but which concepts suit their budget, experience and intended location.

The seminar will take place at SM City Iloilo at 2pm on 9 October and at 1pm on 10 October. With sessions on both days, visitors can plan their time at the stands around the seminar schedule.

For newcomers, combining the seminar with conversations with franchisors could be useful. Visitors can note down questions raised during the session, then ask brand representatives to clarify details specific to their offers. Attending need not mean making an immediate commitment to buy a franchise.

Separate session on franchising your own business

There will also be a paid seminar on franchising an existing business. It is aimed at growing local businesses ready to expand their brands through franchising.

This session will take place at Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo at 2pm on 10 October. The venue is separate from the exhibition and free seminar at SM City Iloilo, so attendees should plan ahead.
