bhc at NAIA, Denny's and Siklab+ in Quezon City: new restaurant openings

Diners have new options at the airport and in Quezon City: bhc has announced its second Philippine outlet at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), while new branches of Denny's and Siklab+ have officially opened on Kalayaan Avenue. Both developments were reported on 28 October 2026 and are worth watching for those following the Philippine franchise market.

Second bhc outlet opens in Terminal 3

According to the brand's announcement, reported by Money Today on Naver, the new bhc outlet is on the fourth floor of NAIA Terminal 3. It is located in an area dedicated to the airport's premium food and drink offering.

bhc is a chicken restaurant brand owned by Dining Brands Group. The NAIA branch is its second outlet in the Philippines, following the first, which also opened in 2026.

The precise location matters for prospective visitors: the announcement specifies Terminal 3, rather than the airport as a whole. Travellers should check that the restaurant fits their terminal arrangements and travel schedule before planning a visit.

The 28 October date refers to the opening announcement. When reading news about a new outlet, it is important to distinguish the reporting date from any confirmed first day of trading.

Suyen agreement paved the way

Before the two bhc outlets opened, the brand signed a master franchise agreement with Suyen Corporation in July 2025. The report described Suyen as a major Philippine retail company.

The sequence shows how the agreement preceded the store launches: the deal was signed the previous year, followed by the first and second outlets this year. Beyond the restaurant openings themselves, this is the news's direct relevance to the franchise sector.

For those tracking international brands, it is useful to look beyond the name above the door to the agreement underpinning expansion in the country. In this case, bhc's named partner is Suyen Corporation.

However, a master franchise agreement should not be interpreted as an automatic invitation for members of the public to buy their own franchise. Prospective investors should make direct enquiries about any available opportunities, rights and conditions before reaching a decision.

Denny's and Siklab+ open on Kalayaan Avenue

In a separate announcement on 28 October, the city government confirmed the official opening of The Bistro Group's new Denny's and Siklab+ branches on Kalayaan Avenue in Quezon City.

The city described Denny's as an American table-service restaurant open 24 hours a day. Siklab+ is a modern, casual restaurant serving Filipino food. The two brands offer distinct concepts, although both belong to The Bistro Group.

Councillor Vincent Belmonte, a lawyer, attended the opening on behalf of Mayor Joy Belmonte. Also present were The Bistro Group executives Paul Manuud, president; Guia Abuel and RC Tiongson, chief operating officers; Cyrill Reyes, operations director; and Patricia Publico, chief financial officer.

The city's announcement concerned the branch openings. It should not be treated as an advertisement for franchises for sale. That distinction matters for readers seeking business opportunities rather than simply somewhere new to eat.

What to check before visiting or investing

The openings cover different settings: an airport terminal for bhc and Kalayaan Avenue for Denny's and Siklab+. For customers, the first steps are to confirm the exact location, opening hours and how to get there.

For those in the franchise sector, a store opening and an investment opportunity should be assessed separately. A new branch alone provides no basis for assumptions about investment costs, earnings or opportunities for new partners.

Practical reminder: Confirm visit details directly with the brand. If you are considering an investment, request official information about the agreement and its terms before committing any money.
