The Venti reaches four stores in the Philippines in two months

The Venti has reached four stores in the Philippines, two months after opening its first branch in August 2026. According to an iNews24 report dated 27 October, the coffee franchise opened branches in Poblacion, Eton Centris and Greenhills in succession, extending its presence across different types of commercial location.

From one store to four branches

In a statement reported by iNews24, The Venti confirmed the opening of its second store in Poblacion, Makati, its third at Eton Centris and its fourth in Greenhills. The Greenhills branch is in GH Mall in San Juan.

The brand began opening stores in the country in August. By the announcement on 27 October, its total had reached four. This provides a clear measure of its expansion to date: three additional stores following the initial opening.

Its locations now span shopping centres, street-front commercial areas and mixed office and retail developments. The Venti has not confined itself to a single type of site during its initial phase of operations in the Philippines.

For the franchise sector, the significance of these openings goes beyond the number of branches. It also lies in the choice of different settings in which to apply the brand’s operating model.

Open 24 hours in Poblacion

The second branch, in Poblacion, stands out for its round-the-clock opening hours. According to the report, its operating hours have been tailored to this part of Makati, where restaurants and nightlife businesses are clustered together.

This schedule is specific to Poblacion. It should not be taken as the standard opening hours for all The Venti stores in the Philippines. Rather, it offers a concrete example of adapting operations to a particular location.

In Greenhills, the fourth branch is inside GH Mall. Eton Centris was also among the new locations named in the announcement. Together, these openings represent an expansion across more than one type of shopping and business district.

The Venti says it considers local consumption patterns and the times when customers visit in each area. It presented this as its approach to establishing the business in the local market: adapting to each location rather than simply adding branches.

Agreement with a local partner

Before its first opening in August, The Venti signed a master franchise agreement in June with JJR Brothers Food, a local food business. The report linked this agreement to the brand’s expansion in South-East Asia.

The sequence matters. The agreement with the Philippine partner came first, followed by the initial store and then three further branches. These are the concrete steps behind its expansion to date.

For those tracking brands entering new franchise markets, this makes the role of the local agreement in building The Venti’s presence clear. However, news of four stores should not be mistaken for a franchise offer open to prospective investors.

What should interested entrepreneurs assess?

These openings can serve as a starting point for examining the relationship between location and operations. When assessing a coffee business, it is worth asking when customers are active in the chosen area and whether the proposed opening hours suit them.

The number of new stores should also be considered separately from potential profitability. A branch opening is news of expansion, not a guarantee of a return on investment. For any offer, request written details of territorial rights, total investment, training and ongoing support.

Practical takeaway: When considering a coffee franchise, assess not only the brand but also how well the location, operating hours and support from the partner fit together.
