A Czech group running creative workshops for the public and corporate clients is seeking an investor to support its next stage of growth, particularly franchise development and international expansion. InBase has published an anonymous listing offering up to a 100% stake. The business has been operating since 2020 and, according to the listing, already works with franchise partners in Czechia and Slovakia.
Investment opportunity includes the core concept and corporate events business
The owners have appointed InBase to find a strategic or financial investor. Listing number 260040 offers the option to acquire the entire company, including its subsidiary specialising in corporate events. This is therefore not simply an offer of an individual franchise licence, but an equity investment in a group combining public creative workshops, corporate team events and its own studios.
The brand's name is not disclosed in the anonymous announcement. According to the listing, the owner will support the handover to a new owner. InBase identifies potential buyers as operators of experience and leisure businesses, event organisers, gift experience websites, hospitality companies, art supplies retailers and financial investors interested in the franchise model.
For those interested in the Czech franchise market, the stated purpose of the transaction is particularly relevant: a new partner would support further development of the partner network and international growth. The published listing is a search for an investor, not an announcement of a completed sale or an agreement with a specific buyer.
Restaurant workshops complemented by company-owned studios
The business centres on tutor-led arts and crafts workshops. The group offers more than 20 experience formats, ranging from painting, pottery and candle-making to themed evenings with tastings. Alongside its public programme, it has gradually added corporate events and expanded into more cities.
Public workshops take place in dozens of partner restaurants across Czechia. According to the listing, this approach allows events to be run without investing in dedicated premises at every location. Restaurants therefore form an important part of the concept's operating infrastructure, alongside the group's own venues for regular programmes.
The franchise model launched in 2024. Two company-owned studios followed in 2025 and 2026; the listing states that these studios are open daily. The group thus combines partner venues, company-owned premises and franchise operations. These three elements are important to understanding the offer: a potential acquisition would cover not just a network of standalone studios, but a broader system for organising and selling experience-based events.
Revenue is growing, but this year's figures remain forecasts
According to figures published by InBase, group revenue rose from €0.5 million in 2023 to €1.1 million in 2025. Public workshops accounted for approximately 82% of revenue, with corporate events contributing 18%. Normalised earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, or EBITDA, reached €111,000 in 2025.
For January to August 2026, the listing reports year-on-year revenue growth of 90%. For the full year 2026, the owners forecast revenue of around €1.5 million and normalised EBITDA of approximately €143,000. These full-year figures should be distinguished from the results for the completed 2025 financial year: they are the owners' expectations, not final annual results.
According to the sale announcement, the group has no bank debt. Growth to date has been funded from its own resources, without external capital or loans. The financial figures relate to the group as a whole and should not be treated as results for an individual franchise partner or a specific workshop.
Technology and franchise infrastructure form part of the offer
The listed assets include proprietary booking, voucher and customer management systems, as well as franchise portals. According to the listing, the group has a database of more than 30,000 customers, a registered trade mark and a portfolio of domain names for the Czech and other European markets. Its corporate events business cites references from more than 100 clients.
The franchise infrastructure includes agreements, a standardised manual and know-how covering more than 20 workshop formats. Alongside the brand itself, the combination of workshop programmes, booking systems, customer data and partnership rules forms a substantial part of what is being offered to an investor. The listing therefore indicates that the planned franchise expansion would build on existing operational and technological infrastructure.
Practical takeaway: Anyone considering an investment in a concept of this kind should assess the group's overall results, the economics of individual events and the terms of franchise agreements separately. Growth in group revenue alone does not indicate the return an individual partner can expect.
