The research provided does not support a fact-based news article about Croatia’s franchise community.

• HKR previews a programme about St Francis and the Franciscan Youth movement, with no information about franchising.
• Jutarnji list carries a headline about EU-funded projects, but the supplied extract does not establish any connection to franchising.
• Index.hr displays a notice about a blocked user account rather than a news report.

To proceed, please provide at least one relevant source covering a franchise brand entering Croatia, a new outlet opening, market data, a regulatory change or an event for Croatia’s franchise community. Writing a 600–900-word article based on the current sources would require unsupported claims or material outside the requested topic.
