About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Quality Franchise Association (QFA) websites, country sites and directories. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What QFA does
QFA provides franchise directories, news, guides, events and membership services. Listings in our directories are provided by member businesses. QFA is an association and directory operator, not a franchisor, broker or financial adviser, and does not provide legal, financial or investment advice.
Directory listings and enquiries
We take reasonable care with directory listings but do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or up to date, and inclusion in the directory is not a recommendation or endorsement. Any enquiry you send through this site is passed to the relevant member business, and any discussions or agreements are solely between you and that business. Always take independent professional advice before investing in a franchise.
Membership
Membership of QFA is subject to application and approval, payment of the applicable membership fee, and agreement to our Code of Conduct. We may suspend or end a membership where the Code of Conduct is breached or fees are unpaid. Membership benefits, including directory listings and any paid upgrades such as featured placement, apply only while membership is active.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, design, logos and images, belongs to QFA or its members and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may read and share links to our content, but you may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse this site: no scraping or bulk copying of listings, no false or misleading enquiries, no attempts to breach security, and nothing unlawful. We may block access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.
Liability
This site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QFA excludes liability for any loss arising from use of this site, from reliance on directory listings or content, or from dealings with member businesses introduced through the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
