Centro Posta is expanding its search for franchisees with a multi-service agency offering starting at an entry fee of €7,900, excluding VAT, with no royalties on turnover. Reported by L’Express Franchise Italia on 6 November 2026, the news concerns a network based in the Caserta area of southern Italy, with four openings planned across Sicily and Campania.
The network and forthcoming openings
The Centro Posta brand is owned by Team Network S.r.l., which has operated for more than ten years in Vitulazio, in the province of Caserta. The company provides private postal services under postal licence no. 1990/2013 and general authorisation no. 4360/2017, issued by Italy’s Ministry of Economic Development.
When assessing the network’s size, two figures need to be distinguished. The brand reports around 200 agencies in Italy, while the map on its official website lists 125 active locations, including 13 in-store outlets, according to the review published by L’Express Franchise Italia. Four forthcoming openings are also listed: Palermo, Caltagirone, Nicolosi and Naples.
These figures should therefore not be treated as equivalent: one is the network size stated by the brand, while the other is a count of the addresses shown on the map consulted. The four announced openings are also separate from the locations already listed as operational. For prospective franchisees, this distinction helps provide a more accurate picture of the network’s geographical presence.
Five packages, from standalone agencies to in-store outlets
The concept is designed for premises ranging from 20 to 70 square metres. It is marketed as a turnkey agency, with packages that differ in the number of service counters and the entry fee.
The published terms, all excluding VAT, are:
- Silver: one service counter, entry fee of €7,900;
- Silver XL: one service counter, entry fee of €8,900;
- Gold: two service counters, entry fee of €9,900;
- Gold XL: two service counters, entry fee of €11,900;
- Corner: an outlet within an existing business, with an entry fee of €4,000–€5,000.
The Corner package therefore provides an option for those who already run a business and want to add services without necessarily opening a standalone agency. The other four packages are structured around one or two service counters.
The entry fee is the starting point of the financial offer, but it should not automatically be taken as the total start-up cost. To compare packages, prospective franchisees should request a written breakdown of the equipment and fittings included, along with any additional expenses, distinguishing the brand’s commercial terms from the requirements of their own premises.
Post, parcels and digital services
The offering goes beyond postal transactions. Agencies also operate as Amazon Hub and GLS Point collection locations and handle courier shipments, including pallet deliveries. The format therefore brings together correspondence, parcel delivery and payment services.
The more comprehensive packages add company and property register searches, SPID (Italy’s digital identity system), PEC (certified email) and digital signatures through Namirial. Electricity, gas and telephone contracts are also offered, alongside travel bookings through Expedia.
This range of services makes comparing the packages particularly important: the overall list does not mean that every package includes every service. Before choosing, applicants should check which activities are actually included in the proposed configuration and which require a more comprehensive package. The number of service counters alone is therefore not enough to assess the options.
Royalties and contract length: the stated terms
Centro Posta states that it charges no royalties or percentage of turnover, requires no financial guarantees and applies no renewal fees. The contract runs for six years and, according to the network, renews automatically on expiry.
On its franchise recruitment page, the brand also describes the contract as ‘non-binding and without penalties’. This is marketing language that should be read alongside the contractual clauses. Prospective franchisees should still obtain written clarification of termination procedures, any notice periods and how automatic renewal works.
Practical guidance: anyone considering joining should start with three checks: the services included in their chosen package, the total start-up cost and the exit terms. The absence of royalties is one feature of the offer, not a substitute for assessing the agency’s financial viability.
